Math Quest

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 16, 2026

Math Quest is built to be safe for kids to play. This policy explains — in plain terms — what the app does and does not do with information, so parents can feel confident letting their child play.

01 The short version

Math Quest does not collect, store, or share any personal information. There are no accounts, no sign-ins, no chat, no ads, and no tracking. Your child's progress is saved only on their own device. The one exception is purchases, which are handled entirely by Google Play — see Section 3.

02 Information we collect

Math Quest does not require an account and does not ask for a name, email address, birthdate, photo, or any other personal information to play.

Game progress — completed lessons, coins, gems, hero upgrades, and settings — is saved locally on your device only, using Godot's standard local save system. This data never leaves the device and is never transmitted to us or to any server we operate. Uninstalling the app removes this data.

We do not use analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs of any kind.

03 Purchases

Math Quest offers one optional one-time purchase to unlock the full adventure. This purchase is processed entirely by Google Play's Billing system, not by us. We never see or store your payment details, card numbers, or billing address — Google handles that transaction under its own Google Privacy Policy. The app only receives confirmation of whether the purchase was completed, which it uses to unlock content on your device.

04 Children's privacy

Math Quest is designed to be played by children, and we take that responsibility seriously. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children, or from anyone. There are no chat features, no user-generated content, no social features, no friend lists, and no way for a child to enter free-form text or share anything with another player. The app requests no access to contacts, camera, microphone, or location.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the address in Section 9 — though based on how the app is built, this should not be possible.

05 App permissions

Math Quest requests a single Android permission:

06 Third parties

The only third-party service Math Quest uses is Google Play Billing, for processing the optional in-app purchase. We do not share, sell, or rent any information to advertisers, data brokers, or any other third party, because we do not collect any information to share in the first place.

07 Data retention & deletion

Since Math Quest does not collect personal information or store player data on any server, there is nothing for us to retain or delete on our end. All progress lives on the player's device, and can be erased at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing its data through your device's app settings.

08 Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage checking back occasionally if you'd like to stay informed.
